I can't order any more wet / canned Friskies from Chewy

I love Chewy! But I can no longer order a few things because they arrive destroyed. The canned food is dented on all sides of each can in a case.??? Strange.

I love Chewy! But I can no longer order a few things because they arrive destroyed. The canned food is dented on all sides of each can in a case.??? Strange. Now the Arm & Hammer Deodorizers are arriving open and all over. Again, this is very sad because Chewy made my life easy and Harley, Mack, and Otto very happy for many years. I will continue ordering a few things, but can not order the things that are consistantly distroyed when I receive them

Every can dented

Chewy used to put a cardboard box cover on top of the case of food which helped protect it, but this shipment didn’t have them and EVERY CAN was absolutely pulverized

Chewy used to put a cardboard box cover on top of the case of food which helped protect it, but this shipment didn’t have them and EVERY CAN was absolutely pulverized. Chewy, fix your shipping. And FedEx never delivers to the right address, other carriers do just fine. I’m thinking about switching to another pet food supplier based on this.

They love the gravy of course, the cheese bits are good too. The shreds are a suggestion. I somehow ended up with three cases, so I didn’t care if they ate the meat,

Improper packaging

Scrambled food! 15 boxes all destroyed in three separate boxes. You have me crying ugly tears. This is a horrible waste of time to clean up the messes and have

Scrambled food! 15 boxes all destroyed in three separate boxes. You have me crying ugly tears. This is a horrible waste of time to clean up the messes and have many community cats living in colonies who will do without this food until replacement arrives. I’ve had to call for a special pick up of garbage because this is too much for a regular pick up and too much of a mess to haul away to the dumpsters at my business. PLEASE I’m begging you to make someone in your shipping department understand what they are doing is hurting your customers. FedX is not without some responsibility but once upon a time long ago when you shipped my orders with box tops this only happened on a very rare occasion. Now I dread seeing the Chewy boxes every single delivery which is almost daily. The cats are not even happy now because the boxes are so filled with the drainage of ruptured cans they are not allowed to play in them. I hate writing a bad review, I hate the time I’ve had to waste and I hate that Chewy has apparently lost control of having adequate supervision of orders being packaged for shipment. Your customer service team is always ready and willing to do everything they can in replacement of damaged orders but I don’t want replacements. I want to be happy again every time I see a Chewy box instead of seeing what’s inside. At this very moment I have a great neighbor who is pressure washing and cleaning the food drained out all in my carport and driveway!

Something changed.

I've used friskies for years. But the wet food seems to have different ingredients in it. My cats are vomiting all over the place. This is not normal for them at

I've used friskies for years. But the wet food seems to have different ingredients in it. My cats are vomiting all over the place. This is not normal for them at all. I immediately changed to fancy feast and they're doing much better. I will no longer buy Friskies wet food. I'd put a picture here but I don't think it's necessary to take pics of vomit to show off. Lol

sloppy shipping

5 cases of friskies were thrown in the box with no extra padding so 22 cans were busted open and had to be thrown away. The boxes are heavy and fedex throws them
