Unbelievable delivery

My cats enjoy all flavors of Friskies wet cat food, but, in each delivery there is always dented cans, but this is absolutely the worse delivery ever!!!!!! The people

My cats enjoy all flavors of Friskies wet cat food, but, in each delivery there is always dented cans, but this is absolutely the worse delivery ever!!!!!! The people that pack this box have no respect for the person that just spent hundreds of dollars ordering food for their cats. This is just one picture, the other pics I took are worse. Dented cans, ripped bags of Purina cat chow, this is not acceptable, There should be some type of quality control of the packers: it just seems that they pick up an item and literally throw them in the box then tape it shut. Totally disappointed in Chewy which use to be a great place to order from but now it is just going to pot.

I am so sick of getting orders from Chewy where the food box of canned food is totally destroyed. This does not happen when you get a box from the pet store, so

I am so sick of getting orders from Chewy where the food box of canned food is totally destroyed. This does not happen when you get a box from the pet store, so this is a Chewy problem. All the cans are dented badly and my last order had cans that were OPEN because of the damage. The order before that had leaked at some point and there were dead bugs in the box. It is rare that I get an order without some form of damaged cans.

All of my cats stopped eating and one was vomiting. I thought initially they ate something bad but every time I offered a can of this box they turned their noses,

All of my cats stopped eating and one was vomiting. I thought initially they ate something bad but every time I offered a can of this box they turned their noses, for three days. I then tried to change the food from a different box and they all ate. But you know $900 in vet visits later for fluids and cerenia injections for four cats.

Of the 4 - 40 per carton at least 60 per cent are damaged (bent). I had to throw out 6 cans that were oozing cat food. The previous delivery I threw 2 cans away and the smell, they had been oozing a while. I wish I had thought to take pictures. It has me considering shopping on my own. I won’t be ordering canned food from you. Very disappointed because it caused me extra work.

DEPENDABILITY

All items I purchased through CHEWY were loved by my rescued dog and 16 rescued cats. Because of such a big family of cats I care for, it can be costly. CHEWEY
