Strike out twice

The first time I ordered this bed, it never shipped. So I messaged Chewy Customer Service and they sent me a new one. That one arrived open with missing parts. I

The first time I ordered this bed, it never shipped. So I messaged Chewy Customer Service and they sent me a new one. That one arrived open with missing parts. I asked Chewy to refund me and they said they would email me a shipping label to send it back. I never got the email. So Mr. Blue waited for a month and never got his bed. The overall quality of this bed, from the pieces I got in my open box, were decent. But the bed was not as cushy as I wanted. It was stiffer and oddly shaped. I would not recommend this product as the manufacturer seems to be having an issue with sending out correct orders.
