Disappointed

I’ve bought these treats numerous times in the past. The bag I received yesterday are not anything like they were in the past. These treats are supposed to be chewy (similar to jerky strips); instead they are super hard (old?) and very brittle. My senior dogs can’t chew these. I had to ask for a refund and of course Chewy handled it immediately. I’m very disappointed in these treats.
