I ordered this sofa cover direct from Funny Fuzzy several months ago but never received it. When I saw it listed on Chewy.com I was a little hesitant to order but

I ordered this sofa cover direct from Funny Fuzzy several months ago but never received it. When I saw it listed on Chewy.com I was a little hesitant to order but after discussing my concerns with Francesca, in Customer Service, she placed the order for me and said she would be monitoring it as it moved through their system. She was true to her word and called me back a week later to give me an update. Much to my surprise, I received the sofa covers within 6 business days. The description of this product is accurate. It fits my sofa like a glove, doesn't slip when my pets and I sit on it, and is very soft and comfortable. It was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Chewy for all the great products and service you provide for your customers and our pets.

My husband also ordered this product from FunnyFuzzy and never received it. I think you should stop advertising their products. Read some of the comments about many others who have also had the same problem. They won’t respond to our emails or refund us, so I don’t think I would buy it from your site. Chewy is a great company and should only sell products from companies with similar standards.
