We got this tree for a single small cat because the cat-daddy is spoiling her already. It's a pretty solid structure that was a little challenging to assemble. The box part with the balls in it arrived crushed on top (which is odd because it's pretty hard). In less than 12 hours, part of the siding(?) began to peel off, but we have a young and hyperactive cat. Otherwise, she generally likes it.

Stylish and Compact with fun toys and activities
The FurHaven Royal Suite Cat Tree is stylish and has some fun activities our cats. Despite the height, this tree takes up a relatively small area. It's about 19"
The FurHaven Royal Suite Cat Tree is stylish and has some fun activities our cats. Despite the height, this tree takes up a relatively small area. It's about 19" x 19" square at its base, and a few inches wider towards the top from the platforms jutting out. The posts are made from what feels like very dense cardboard. They are covered in a soft scratchable gray material or sisal. Our cats definitely enjoy scratch the posts. The posts are high enough that they can climb up the sisal posts. The suites are made the same gray felt like material. They are flexible and wrap around posts connecting with velcro. They are not solid boxes like you may find on some cat trees. The smaller of the two boxes is about 10" x 10" and our cats are too large to fit into it. This smaller suite is kitten sized, or a very small cat. The lower suite is a more generous size and any one of our cats can fit into it easily. The bamboo material is stylish but can be slippery and the platforms are quite small for larger cats. There are exposed screw heads due to the design. The toys and activities are top notch. They all screw into place and are not stapled like you might find on some cat trees. Due to the screw fit, they should be easily replaceable if Furhaven offers that. The toys are wrapped in sisal, there is a punching bag style toy on a spring, and a more traditional feathered ball hanging from elastic. Finally, there is a stiff carboard box with ample holes and a couple of plastic balls containing bells. Our smallest cat Mini enjoys batting around the balls from all angles with her paws. The instructions were clear, and there is a QR code you can scan to watch an assembly video. One thing I did not care for was that while the parts are clearly displayed and labeled in the manual, the actual parts do not have labels. So, you need to match them up to the parts in the manual and it can be easy to make a mistake on similar looking parts. This cat tree would be perfect for cat owners with small cats and/or not a lot of space for a cat tree.

The FurHaven Ascentials Royal Suite Cat Tree is a beautiful and sturdy addition to my home, and my cats, Toodie and Binx, love it! The bamboo and gray design is sleek and modern, and it offers several entertainment and lounging spots. However, I would love to see a larger cubby on the middle tier, as the current size isn’t spacious enough for my cats. My cats try to squeeze in, but it just doesn’t work. My cats are also on the larger side (my smallest is 15.6 lbs. largest 20.9lbs), so wider platforms on the top would be a great improvement for bigger cats like mine. Overall, it’s a fantastic cat tree, but some adjustments for larger cats would make it perfect!
Sturdier than others
Very nice, sturdy and nicely built with lots of things to do and places to hide along with the nice scratch pads and ramps,it's tall about 6 feet high,the only downside
