Love Chewy, Love Furhaven

I placed an order for the 26" gray burrow bed. When it arrived, it was missing the tube that props the mouth of the bed open. I contacted Chewy and they automatically

I placed an order for the 26" gray burrow bed. When it arrived, it was missing the tube that props the mouth of the bed open. I contacted Chewy and they automatically replaced it, no hassles, no charge. Unfortunately, the second bed arrived missing the tube. I contacted Chewy again, and they were willing to refund my money. Since they were so awesome, I declined and decided to contact Furhaven directly to see if I could request the missing tube. I provided my packing slip and product tag. No questions asked, they graciously sent me TWO tubes - one for each bed! How amazing are they? I am super pleased with both Chewy and Furhaven - both stood behind the products. I'd give 10 stars, even though it was a mild inconvenience for me.

Perfect for a dog who loves to be under the covers

My dogs didn't like it

My small dogs go underneath blankets when they sleep so I thought this bed would be a hit with them but none of them will use it. I'll give it to my local shelter

When not included, a replacement is sent by Chewy with the plastic hoop. This time, the replacement didn't even have the plastic hoop.

I have bought several of these beds and this is the first time this has happened. I purchased a bed 4 years ago and 2 years ago and those beds are perfectly fine. I'm just very disappointed in this one!

Not happy! The material, (lambswool?) has almost completely rubbed off
