Removeable & Washable Cover

The zippered-style bed cover is easy to remove for hassle-free cleaning, which is especially convenient if you have a pet who always seems to find the best dirt piles and mud puddles. The cover can be hand- or machine-washed with cold water and a gentle detergent. For best results, line dry or tumble dry on a low setting.

Blanketed Hood

Your canine or feline will love burrowing into her Snuggery and she’ll also love how the top part of the bed functions as a soft, shapeable blanket. The soft hood can be used with or without the flexible plastic hoop to best suit your pet’s sleep style and burrowing habits. The plastic hoop helps your pet get under the soft hood, but does not stay up, so she can stay cozy and covered!

If my Chihuahua rat terrier mix is 25lbs could she for in the 26"

Since pets carry their weight differently, we encourage pet parents to consider a few things before picking a bed size. Think about if your pet enjoys curling up, sprawling out, or both. It helps to measure your pet from nose-to-tail while they're sleeping. Compare this to the bed dimensions and pick one that's a little bigger than your measurement to ensure your pet has enough room. If you're still unsure, we recommend getting the larger size to be safe.

I like it but my dog doesn't like the hood

This is well made and I love that the cover is removeable. My dog only snuggled under the canopy once but since then, won't go in it. He does lie on top of it, and the hoop sort of makes a bolster on his back. I think getting fully into the envelope of the bed made my dog feel too confined. I still recommend it, just my dog - does not.

Cheap Product

The plastic pole pops out and does not stay in to keep the hooded part up; my dogs also immediately tore a hole in it. I have another smaller bed for them that is lasted much longer, they just got too big for it; I'll look to find that bed in a bigger size instead.

Has it's problems

I bought this because I was fed up with covering my two doggies at night with blankets. This bed seemed viable in theory. It's the plastic pole that's the big disappointment. It's too flimsy to hold up the flap, and one of my dogs quickly began chewing it like a toy. Now the pole is bent and useless.

Cats love it

The bed is really soft and both of the cats love it! They did not like the plastic tube that holds up the edge of the blanket though, but the orthopedic cushion made them take to the bed really quickly. I had to order a second one because they both like it so much. The senior cat does not normally like to lay near the younger cat but the bed has changed that occasionally. I sized up from what I thought I'd need and I'm glad I did. We are working on weight loss for the lighter kitty in the picture, she has to take prednisolone and it messes with her weight loss, the darker kitty is just a really big cat.
