Where are they made

This bed is designed, assembled, warehoused, and shipped in the USA using USA-sourced filling materials. The bed cover only is made in China. The foam is manufactured in the U.S.A. and has been rigorously tested to ensure it meets standards for content, emissions, and durability, and was analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories. For optimum pet health, FurHaven uses low VOC, CertiPUR-US® certified foam. This domestic foam is made without PDBEs, TDCPP or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants, mercury, lead, and other heavy metals. FurHaven foam is manufactured without formaldehyde, ozone depleters, and phthalates regulated by the CPSC.

Can we buy an additional cover? Ours is about worn out?

At this time, a replacement cover is sold separately through the manufacturer.

Is this the one with cooling gel foam top, only memory foam, or egg crate orthopedic? (I have the bolstered quilted with cooling gel and my dog really likes, I'd like to try a new style which cooling gel is shown on other products on chewy for 2 side bolster, but didn't see mention on this one)

This pet bed does not feature a cooling gel foam top. Its core is made with medical-grade orthopedic foam to help support joints and relieve pressure points.

I’m purchasing this to place on a couch and need to know which dimensions coincide with the long elevated pillow side/length for the medium and small sizes, please. Thank you.

The Small measures 21 inches long x 14 inches wide x 4 inches tall, the Medium measures 30 inches long x 20 inches wide x 5 inches tall.

Max looks comfy lounging on it during daytime. It’s very portable and light to carry anywhere in the house where Max would like to nap or just leisurely lay on it. At night he goes to his regular bed to sleep. Max just loves to nap on it. We are delighted to have it due to its portability and its thickness is just enough to give him the comfort he needs for his joints.

My Stella is a 90lb boweiler, brought this bed when she had her second TPLO surgery. The size and shape are great. But since she was on multiple medications she had an accident in the night. The cover is washable but not waterproof, I had to purchase the waterproof cover after the fact. Also I was expecting more in the quality of the cushion, wish the firmness of the cushion was higher.

My dog loved it!

My dog immediately went to lay down and get cozy in the bed. It is really light so I love that I can move it out of the way easily to clean or tidy up the area

Poorly made for the price!

I gave this item the benefit of the doubt as soon as I pulled it from the box. I unzipped the poorly made plush cover and inspected the inside foam to make sure

I gave this item the benefit of the doubt as soon as I pulled it from the box. I unzipped the poorly made plush cover and inspected the inside foam to make sure if it was the inside guts of the item, but the foam is okay. It is the way the material was cut to start with, then the way it was sewn. Anyone who knows how to sew, would have seen this mistake before continuing the sewing process, but they went ahead and dimissed their mistake and went ahead with sewing it up to the size I ordered; rather than using their mistake to recut it properly to make the next size smaller offered on this particular item. Cheaply made... The manufacturer could have just been honest from the start. Very unhappy with this purchase. Consider this a manufacturer defect...
