To remove the collection container from your FM-01 Original Model, hold the furMe unit still with one hand. With your other hand, use your thumb to apply light pressure on the end of the container to release and lift up to remove the container from the machine. To replace your HEPA filter, unplug your machine from electrical power. Remove the collection container from your machine by holding the furMe unit still with one hand, and with your other hand, use your thumb to apply light pressure on the end of the container to release and lift up to remove the container from the machine. Remove your filter and replace with the new one. Your collection container lid is a metal filter that is fit with a Black Sponge filter as well. To replace your black sponge filter, unplug your machine from electrical power. Remove the collection container from your machine and remove your black sponge filter from the container and replace with a new one.
