While I appreciate the cost of this house and the quick delivery of chewy, I am hesitant on keeping this product. First and foremost the support frame and interior frame are made out of fiberglass. AT NO POINT do the instructions state for someone to place the included gloves or plastic bib/cover on your person. This can be quite dangerous for someone unfamiliar with fiberglass. Second, the T-pieces only allow the fiberglass poles to be inserted so far. This is frustrating when it comes to placing the frame inside of the camo exterior as it makes you force the frame inside and it barely fits. The roof is not flush with the side walls and is only held on by 4 D-rings and velcro. This is quite poor in my opinion as if wind, snow or rain come along with heavy wind, I can almost guarantee it will come in the roof. Also it does not assist with insulation since there is practically no connection between roof and walls. Lastly the elevated frame (also being fiberglass) allowed me to fully insert the poles into the T-pieces. Once the frame was assembled to the house, it sat uneven, meaning they were not cut accurately. If the temperature wasn't so cold at the moment I would have disassembled this item and tried another house right away. I will be searching for another similar style house and order/receive before sending this back. Thank you chewy for a great return policy.
