What is this made of, and how does it work?

The hair removal tool is made of silicone. FurZapper is made from a very soft, tacky, flexible material that grabs dog or car fur and hair, pulls it from the clothes, and washes it down the drain or into your lint trap.
How do you clean it after it collects fur from the wash?

Not Sure If I like It

I've used these twice and so far there hasn't been any fur or hair on them when I remove them from the washer or the dryer. Since my clothes are usually covered in cat hair and my own hair, I find it difficult to believe that there would be nothing on them after a wash. I'm not giving up on them yet. I'll see after a month or so how my waster filter looks.

Replacing wornout FurZapper

I bought this product 4-5 years ago on a whim, ok I was desperate. For years I have used them in both the washer and dryer and they really work. I find a lot more of the dog hair in dryer lint trap and less on my clothes. I only replaced them because the edges rounded after a lot of years of use and I figured I was due for a new pair.

Terrible Product

These do not work. Followed the directions on the package to a T. Barely even collected lint not a single dog hair came out with these. Even started deteriorating after 1 use. Poor advertising. Do not buy these.

Would not recommend

I used these as the directions describe yet the fur zapper has only minor lint on it and my clothes are still covered in pet hair.

Don't bother

Really expected more from this product. My laundry doesn't look any different after using this. Waste of money.

Fur-zapper

Does not work! Very disappointing. Maybe it works for long hair but it did not work for short hair

LOVE THESE!!

I absolutely love these! I have four of them, and am buying some for my parents. My dog doesn’t shed a ton (he’s a poodle mix), but it helps with MY hair so much! Mine have been used for over 150 loads of laundry (I use them with every load!) and they haven’t come apart at all like others have said. I just give them a quick rinse and throw them in the next load. We don’t use fabric softener (it’s not good for your skin or your clothes, and it makes towels less absorbent), so that’s never been an issue for us. I highly, highly recommend these!! I don’t have my hair or my pup’s fur all over my clothes. I’m not sure how well they’d work with a short-haired animal, but they work amazingly for us!

Surprisingly effective

I found that these work just as well as the dryer sheets that are for pet fur removal. However I prefer these because they do not leave white marks on my black clothing the way that the dryer sheets do.

It didn't work for me

This product only removed the long people hair and left all of my huskies hair on my clothes
