This was super easy to assemble, and looks very nice. It's sturdy enough that my puppy isn't in danger of bringing it down--she can easily stand up against it and it stays in place. She's small right now--3.5 pounds--but I think it would work well for a bigger pup also. I bought two of these one for each room, but plan to make a larger pen using panels from one of them, and then using the extra panels as fences to block off a hallway or two. This was well worth the investment to have places I can put my pup where she is safe and out of trouble while I'm in the same room doing household stuff...

We ordered the play pen to use with our new baby shih tzu puppy who weighs 2.5 pounds. We intended to use it in the living room. But when we received it, it was MUCH BIGGER than we anticipated. It was also very heavy. I called Chewy Customer service and requested a return authorization. They gave me a full refund and told me to take it to our local animal rescue. It was a win-win for all of us. The Humane Society was very excited to receive it. This is a great service that you provide.

I bought this for my 15lb dog who had major knee surgery that requires 12-16 weeks of very limited activity. This allowed me to create a space for him in the living room so that he can still be in the middle of all the action (along with his 3 dog siblings), and it has been working out great! Also, the gate is a great addition, especially because there's no high bar to be stepped over. So as he's able to do some leash walks, he can step out without any issue.

It’s great to be able to use a few panels to block the stairs or to separate them from other rooms in the house. Unfortunately I received a panel that doesn’t align correctly with the others. The only way to use this panel is upside down, which exposes an open metal end on top, watch the paws do they don’t get cut!

We love this playpen. The design is amazing. you can move the panels to make any shape. And you can change it effortlessly. The quality is fantastic. It was really easy to put together. Well worth the money. We had a few dings and dents during shipping and the company made it right very quickly and without any hassle. To be honest, we didn’t ask for anything or want anything we just emailed them to let them know what happened during shipping for informational purposes. And they just automatically sent us out new panels to replace the ones with dents. Superior customer service!

Easy set up!

This pen was very easy to set up. It was purchased to give our 85-lb dog a safe space for recovering from TPLO surgery. The flexibility of the shape has been perfect

This pen was very easy to set up. It was purchased to give our 85-lb dog a safe space for recovering from TPLO surgery. The flexibility of the shape has been perfect for adapting to the space available. Since it came with an extra pole, we have been able to safely give him more space using it more like a gate. Would recommend for anyone needed a space larger than a crate allows!

This is a great playpen due to the ease of setup and flexibility with size and shape. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the latches to open and close the gate are very poorly designed. You need a third hand to open the gate because you need two hands to open both the top and bottom latches.. They should be redesigned for easier use.

Great for multiple uses! Originally purchased for times Scarlet is left alone for a bigger area than her crate. But, when hubby became bed bound with multiple healthcare workers, it was invaluable when they didn’t like pets. But, the MOST HELPFUL use is when I’m cooking. She is constantly under my feet! My kitchen is small, so if it’s an intensive meal she goes in her playpen! She’s happy & I’m happy!

We bought this system to keep our Berner safe while recuperating after his TPLO surgery. He’s not allowed to jump on furniture while he recovers. This is a nice large customizable enclosure that gives him plenty of room to move around and large enough for his bed, tall too to prevent jumping or stepping over. Easy To put together, no tools needed. Primarily used at night and when we have to leave the house.
