Broken

The first time I ordered this product it was loose in a box with another item from the same brand. Because they are both made of ceramic they broke. I was sent replacements

The first time I ordered this product it was loose in a box with another item from the same brand. Because they are both made of ceramic they broke. I was sent replacements but they sent it in a loose box and my brother who opened it cut his finger on a piece of the ceramic. The shipping is abysmal. The customer service is fantastic but I keep getting a broken product. My younger brother was injured when he opened the box due to the loose ceramic shards. The packaging is not ok

Terrible shipping.

You’d think for PORCELAIN they would put some kind of padding in the box. Stupid seriously, whoever did this is a stupid.

Don’t waste your time and money on this dish if you’re feeding bugs to your reptile. Dubia roaches can climb right on out and burrow into the substrate where you’ll have to find them with tweezers like the world’s worst Where’s Wally. Like a Where’s Wally where everything is brown on brown and also trying to get away from you and you frighten and stress your pet by doing the puzzle. Smh

Knowing that the order contains fragile breakable items, it was just placed in the box with wrapping to prevent it from breaking. On top of that one egg food dish

Adorable but tiny

I’m not great at reading sizes and visualizing what that means. I was expecting small but figured it would work for my baby ball python for a while, but this fits

I’m not great at reading sizes and visualizing what that means. I was expecting small but figured it would work for my baby ball python for a while, but this fits in my palm. It’s cute and works to help keep the humidity up, but even a baby ball can’t fit in this.
