For power, the NANO uses a standard USB Power Supply and Micro USB Plus. As a power back up, the NANO uses 4 "AA" batteries (not included).

What is the smallest amount of food it will dispense?

Inconsistent feeding...

When it works, it works great, but that's only a few days a week. Some days, the portions are on point, while on other days, our cat will only get a piece or two

When it works, it works great, but that's only a few days a week. Some days, the portions are on point, while on other days, our cat will only get a piece or two of food. If you hit the manual feed setting and let it run, you'll wait for a few minutes before the food actually dispenses. It's hard to trust if/when our cat is getting fed properly.

I emailed the company as it has on its warranty section. It came back undeliverable. I bought two of these and one barely works half the time and the other one is working but it will skip a meal every once in awhile. The one that is t working - I have to hit manual three or four times for it to spit out the food. And it never spits out the correct amount. Frustrating. I am gonna clean it real well and see if that helps. Otherwise it’s a piece of trash. Waste of my money.

I got two of these for my dogs and for the first 2 weeks, they worked great. Then one night I realized that one isn't despensing food at all. I thought I got the timers wrong so I adjusted them but that didn't help. It starts to despense food but it'll only be like 3 pieces. This is incredibly disappointing and I will be looking for a refund.

Got this for my outdoor cat. It works wonderfully in keeping food stored and dispensed, but get a rainy or any type of wet day and the plug in cord corroded at the connection point on the bottom of the unit. Yes you can put batteries in it for it to continue to work but it uses AA batteries which need to be changed very frequently.

Easy to use

Easy to program. We were able to leave for 4 days and our dogs kept their same feeding schedule as when we’re home. Cheaper than a dog sitter!!

Horrible product, bug laden do not purchase

There are many issues with this auto feeder. The weight system is not accurate. At times my cat will only get 6 kernels of kibble vs other times where they will get more than is supposed to come out. Not consistent. Secondly the circuitry is HORRIBLE. this is my second auto feeder of this exact kind. I was not able to switch the time from AM to PM upon purchasing. And now I come back from camping and it’s not reset again. I tested it and if I now manually feed my cat, with the intended ‘manual’ feed button. It does not work. Breaks the circuitry and resets the auto feeder. I switched the time to test if any food came out. When the auto feeder hit the scheduled time, it reset again. My cat got no food because of a broken, horrible product. DO NOT PURCHASE company should get brunt down. Horrible product.
