Gave my rescue iguana an appetite

I took in a neglected iguana in, a year ago. He would eat, but never the full amount he should. I tried adding a wide variety to his salads. Sometimes he'd begin

I took in a neglected iguana in, a year ago. He would eat, but never the full amount he should. I tried adding a wide variety to his salads. Sometimes he'd begin eating more but seemed to eventually go back to picking. For the past month after adding this topper however, he leaves no trace of his food. He is ready for his bowl every day and eats immediately. He is now at a healthy size more active and showing signs of repair to areas I thought would always show his past.
