They wore out very quickly. The size runs LARGE, they were too big for our horses heads.

Spend a little more and get a Weaver. The snap bends easily and can get caught. Leather crown is stiff and rubs my mare’s poll. She’s constantly trying to get it

Did exactly what it should have done!
Purchased this for my 16 hand QH. Horse size fit him perfectly. Last night he got hung in the fence. The halter did exactly what it should have done. It broke away
Purchased this for my 16 hand QH. Horse size fit him perfectly. Last night he got hung in the fence. The halter did exactly what it should have done. It broke away at the crown with out leaving a mark on the horse! Will be purchasing again.
Sizing runs BIG!

Got this halter in Cob size for my 15 hand Appaloosa and it was too big even on the smallest settings. I had to punch more holes in the leather crown piece to get it to fit properly. Aside from that it’s a fine halter for leading between paddocks, the throat latch buckle is very convenient for putting on and taking off. However the construction is a bit flimsy, I wouldn’t use it to tie up a horse unless you’ve got the most polite horse in the world - which I do not. Overall it’s worth the $14 I spent on it.
