Ingredients

Instructions
Shake well, spray on hand, and massage into pet's skin, do not spray directly on pet's face. Wait 15 minutes before exposing pet to the sun. Re-apply every hour for best results.

Lightweight, little to zero smell
I love this sunscreen. My dog and I are avid hikers, we’re out in the sun a lot. I’ve used other brands of pet sunscreen before, and I have to say this one feels
I love this sunscreen. My dog and I are avid hikers, we’re out in the sun a lot. I’ve used other brands of pet sunscreen before, and I have to say this one feels superior. For one, it has little to no scent. It also comes in a spray pump form. But best of all, it isn’t sticky once it’s sprayed on. It’s light and doesn’t feel like there’s build up on the fur. I’m not an expert on dog skin, but I’d say in terms of ease of use and how it feels on my dog and how my dog reacts to it (she was unbothered) it works for us as a precautionary sunscreen for when we’re hiking for a couple of hours and out in nature.

I’ve been using this pet sunscreen on my senior dog, and I’m impressed so far! My little old man has a light-colored coat and sensitive skin during the summers here in Florida, so I’m always worried about sunburn when we’re out on walks or at the beach. He absolutely loves being outdoors and his coat isn't necessarily the best given his age, so sun exposure was always a concern of mine. It goes on easily (not greasy at all), has a pleasant, mild scent, and doesn’t bother my dog at all—no licking or scratching while it being on his coat. I love that it’s made with soothing ingredients like aloe and olive oil, so I feel good about what I’m putting on his skin. I do almost always wipe him down and give him a bath when needed, so I'm not entirely sure how long this can stay within his coat.
A desert must
We live in the desert and this definitely is a need. My pups love to lay out and bake in the yard everyday. And when we go out for our long walks it's reassuring

Great for shorter times outside
I wanted to love this because it's so much easier to apply. I spray on my hands, away from my pet, then apply to her ears and nose. It goes on much faster, since

It goes on much faster, since she doesn't like sunscreen on her ears. But when we spent most of the day outside she still got a bit burned. I re-applied part-way through the day, but it still wasn't enough. I use this when we'll be outside for an hour or so, but if we'll be outside I use the cream sunscreen so she doesn't burn.

I have 2 Sphynx cats who love lying out on the screened-in patio when the weather permits. I have worried about them getting too much sun on their sensitive skin, but now I rub in a couple of spritzes of the Gentle Creatures Pet Sunscreen onto them before allowing them to take their patio naps. Only time will tell if this will prevent overexposure to the sun but I feel much better knowing they are protected while they enjoy their time in the sun.

I waited after using it a few times to make sure the results were the same each time, and so far it has worked! No more red skin after being outside for a longer period of time with us.

I was pleasantly surprised I just put it on my hand to rub a little on their noses. I have Labradors, this is probably more for a super short coated dog. I have nothing bad to say about this product. And my dogs did not mind this sunscreen.

A great idea for our pups who spend a lot of time outdoors in the sun. One of my dogs has short fur, and it's even shorter around his ears and muzzle. Its easy to apply to those areas, and has no fragrance, to cause the dog to feel strange. It is a bit messy, and will make oily stains on your own clothing due to the oils in it. If your dog has white furs it would be evewn more useful, I think.
