It's says for cats and dogs. And then not for cats (spray bed instead). Why? Is it just cause cats hate spray or is it actually bad to put it on them directly?

This spray is 100% safe for dogs. It is not for use directly on cats (try spraying their bed), due to it containing oils.
Is this safe for Dogs that sometimes lick themselves? I’ve read that some herbs can be used topically but not ingested.... is this a possible problem? Thank you.
