I ordered this coat and mistakenly had it sent to my summer house, I called and the customer service rep was amazing, He had another coat sent out immediately

I offered to send the first coat back as soon as I got it, but he told me it wasn’t necessary and suggested I donate it to a shelter. I did donate it and the shelter was happy to have a great coat, as it is freezing here. I cannot saw enough great things about customer service, and their care for shelter dogs. This is truly a great company!

At the onset, he dove to the ground and rolled on his shoulder to remove his new blanket, however, when he finally rose to walk, he was "in love" and happy to have on this cold cold day. The easy to use velcro across shoulders/chest and velcro under belly makes this blanket a perfect fit with lots of warmth. Dudley loves his new warm blanket. And the belly strap is made like the blanket, soft and adjustable making it not hinder a growth that he cannot have removed. We both love his blanket.

This dog coat seems very durable. I like the reflective trim also. However it is a bit stiff and noisy. I was expecting a softer material. Maybe this is necessary
This dog coat seems very durable. I like the reflective trim also. However it is a bit stiff and noisy. I was expecting a softer material. Maybe this is necessary in order to be waterproof. But it’s very easy to put on and take off. The fleece lining seems warm. The front is a bit long but that is a common issue with their short legs. Would not be an issue with most breeds. XL fits perfectly otherwise.
