The GF Pet Cloud Parka Dog Coat in Purple features two hook-and-loop closures - one at the front chest and one under the belly.

Does this have a hole on the back for a harness d-ring to attach to a leash?

The coat features an opening on the back designed for leash attachment. While it is compatible with some harness styles, it generally does not work with harnesses that attach further down the back or those with very large or double D-rings. If the leash placement is not compatible with your harness placement, it is recommended to place the harness over the winter jacket.

The small is too short along her back. And Ernie won't let me near him with it.

I ordered the small but the back is too short. The extra small for my other dog, he wont let me near him with it after I first put it on him, It may be the scent

Not only does it keep him from shivering,
