Does it have a hole for the harness?

All GF Pet coats have a leash opening for collars and harnesses.
If my dog is in between sizes according to the chart, should I size up or down? The smaller one might be a tad tight while the larger one is sure to be a bit big.

Pick the closest combination of measurements to your dog's unique shape. When in doubt, please choose the larger size. Unlike other coats, the Elasto-fit design on the Creekside Snowsuit is made to hug your dog. Please, expect a snug fit for extra warmth, as the elastics follow your dog's movements and expand for security and comfort.
If you use the coat without the pants attached does it stay on ok, or does it flip up in the back (without the pants to hold it down)?

This snow suit coat can be worn like a regular coat without the pants and it will fit exactly like their regular coats, no issue at all.
