What is the bowl depth?

The Small has a depth of 1 7/8 inches, the Medium has a depth of 2 1/2 inches, and the Large has a depth of 2 3/4 inches.

Is the wood hard to clean and stay nice? Is there a toxic free lacquer on the wood?

It is easy to keep clean by wiping with soap and water after each use. There is a very thin layer of toxic-free lacquer on the wood to protect the wood while allowing the most natural look possible.

Is there wood underneath the bowls, or does the bottom of the bowls touch the ground?

The sides of the feeder are crafted from mango wood, extending seamlessly from the floor to the top. Notably, there is no bottom to the feeder, and the metal bowls do not make direct contact with the ground when placed inside the wood base.

Cute but wobbly

Perfect sized for one cat - bowls are easy to take out and put in. The center where they are placed is hallow so easy to clean. One thing to note on mine is that

Perfect sized for one cat - bowls are easy to take out and put in. The center where they are placed is hallow so easy to clean. One thing to note on mine is that I have it placed on hard wood floors and the two circles must not be flat/even as it wobbles if you press down on one side. This leads to a little bit of some loud clanging when she’s eating from one side. Other than that, great quality, perfect color.
