Horribly defective
Product arrived dried out, stiff and crumpled. Felt like cardboard. I ran it under cold water to loosen it up and the fabric was so stuck together that when I tried
Product arrived dried out, stiff and crumpled. Felt like cardboard. I ran it under cold water to loosen it up and the fabric was so stuck together that when I tried pulling it apart, the fabric tore off in places. I called Chewy right away and they said they would issue a refund.

Only, I bought the XL size but it still isn't really big enough. I think and XXXL would be better! Even so it's an improvement over nothing.
