Great Quality, Not Ideal for a Cat Food bowl
The wood is beautiful and good quality however the dish is a little too deep to be a cat's food bowl. However, this is an easy fix just means I have to spend a little more money to buy a more shallow bowl. I wish there was an option to choose the depth of the metal insert so I can avoid having my cat develop whisker fatigue.

This was bought to be our backyard closed-in gazebo dog bowl as it is reasonably priced a looks really nice. We couldn't have picked a better bowl. It is handmade so pretty unique and adds a touch of class to our inside/outside summer space. The whole thing is surprisingly light and blends in anywhere, but the coolest part is that the bowl sits in a wooden ring that comes out very easily when you want to wash the bowls. I put them in the dishwasher and they come out great! Now we will be bringing this on vacation with us too, it is just so handy but soooo much nicer than a plastic or plain steel travel bowl. Such a versatile product!

We like the stainless steel insert and the wood is quite pretty. Very pleased.
