Love this coat for my Lab Pit Mix
This fit my dogs long body and big chest well. I like the fact that there is no sherpa lining to get caught in the hook and loop closure. I also love the elastic-fit technology.
Loving this jacket!
My pup is a 70ish lb boxer/pitty/hound mix. He has a wide chest and fairly long body which makes it difficult to find a coat that fits him well. Based on reviews, I originally ordered a XXXL which would have worked but was not quite as snug as I was hoping for (he's an active pup). I ended up with the XXL which fits perfect, snug but not tight. The stretch in the straps allow it to fit around his chest, and the hood is actually large enough to pull over his head in the rain. I wasn't sure if my pup would like the jacket without any sherpa or fur inside (he loves soft things). Despite the lack of fur, the material is soft and keeps him so warm. He is excited to put it on, and comfortable wearing it in the snow for hours (and when taking it off, the interior of the jacket is still warm!) This is, hands down, the best jacket I've had for my pup yet. I definitely recommend this jacket, especially for cold weather and for dogs with wider chests (just be sure to upsize accordingly!)
Finally a jacket that fits!!
My dog is a 49 lb black lab/terrier mix. His chest is wide but the rest of him is normal size. I've been searching for a jacket for him for years. Nothing ever fit right. This jacket ended that! Love the elastic and cinches to give it a custom fit. And the single leg opening is perfect!!!
Warm Jacket
I have a fur baby named Pancake she loves warm. I have tried a few different brands and I found out that this one has the best quality, warm, waterproof and easy to put it on her. Highly, recommended it.
Warm and comfy
This jacket is adjustable to fit the various sizes of our pups. It's warm and a good fabric that doesn't collect extra shedding fur. The hood section keeps her neck and upper ears warm too!
LOVEEEEEEE IT!!
I always have a hard time finding the perfect coat, with a hood for my 78lb Pitbull. The reviews were really good and the jacket was made from plastic bottles. So why not? I'm so glad I bought it!!! My dog Lucky loves it! I bought the 3X because of his girth and it's a little long, but covers him completely, especially for Buffalo weather! I love that you don't have to put his legs through it, everything is Velcroed. I love how thick and warm it is. The hood is big, which is what I wanted. Very easy to put on and take it off!! I also love that you can Velcro the hood back if needed. definitely need to buy this coat for your dog! It's okay if it is a little longer than your dog's body, because than it gives you full body coverage. Thank you so much Chewy!!
Love for Small Pups
These are great! I struggle to find clothing small enough to fit my 4 lb yorkie and the xxs worked great! My 7.5 chihuahua wears a matching jacket in xs. This jacket goes on and off easily with velcro and provides some belly coverage so they don't get snow and slush on their bellies! Highly recommend.
Finally a perfect fit!
I have an 83 pound German Shorthair/American Bulldog mix with a slender body but a very large chest. After 5 tries at finding a jacket that would fit, I ordered this one in the 3XL. It is perfect! It's long enough, and the separate velcro for the stomach and chest let me adjust the fit for his body.
Super cool and matchy too - perfect for my picky dog!
My dog loves it and so do I!! I am a big camo wearer and all over everything recycled. This coat checks all the boxes for me, but the amazing thing is it checks all of Deisel's boxes too! My boy is very picky about clothes, hates coats with sleeves or that remotely touch his armpits and will just stand there and not move, so this coat is perfect because it sculpts widely around his legs so he was scampering and jumping like normal while staying warm :). Super easy for me to put on and take off. It is by far my fav now! Now we both wear our camo coats on our walks and we both get tons of attention everywhere we go. I even tuck his poop bags into the pocket with the recycling sign lol. A 10 stars out of 5 for this one - GF Pet hit it out of the park!!!
Good Snug Coat
I purchased a 3XL and it fits my dog well. He's 29" tall, deep chest and 100 lbs. The main body velcro fastens under the chest/belly for a snug fit. There is also velcro at the neck/chest. Good for cold/cool and windy weather. Haven't tested it in rain yet. Seems like it would be water resistant at least.
