Does this raincoat have the elastic loops for the hind legs?

This raincoat does not have the elastics for the hind legs, those have been proven to be painful for a dog as they dig into the skin. It does have bungees at the end of the coat to help secure them onto your dogs behind. Much more comfortable.
does this rain coat have velcro closure on this my dog hates velcro

What if your dog wears a harness how do you hook their leash to it

There is a collar /harness hole close to the neck, but we always recommend to place harness over the coat. However, if you the harness under the coat the hole would work just fine.
