The red is vibrant and the 2XL fit our Lab Mix (27” chest, 23 “ length and 15.5” neck) with a few inches of room. It’s easier off/on than others because the leg area is one open space. We pair it with a GF or Goldpaw fleece sweater in colder weather although I’m not sure it’s even needed. The fleece on this coat picks up leaves and debris but a lint roller removes it easily. It’s thicker & warmer than the Frisco Urban City Color Block Parka. We don’t use the hood, but it’s functional and stays in place. Happy Fur Friend!

Size chart was accurate for Sammie - he is a 15 lb Shih Tzu, so got him a Medium. It is so adorable on him and looked Santa-esque during the holidays because of the red and soft white interior fur. The hood can be velcro’d away from his face or it can be worn over his head. I mainly wanted this for his potty time during cold mornings or when it rains as well as when we go on walks with his harness and leash. Also - a harness fits well underneath but I do struggle a bit to put the leash through the tiny hole to clip it, but it still works! Gives me more opportunity to use this jacket and I think it it is made well and will last me a long time. The Velcro is thick and heavy duty and is not flimsy AT ALL, so it holds up really well. Personally, the GF Pet brand’s size Medium seems the best fit for my dog because he is a bit of a long Shih Tzu, so this is my 2nd piece from the brand that fits perfect and looks cute!

Excellent quality dog parka

This is my little girl's 2nd GF pet parka. We live in New England so it gets really cold for my southern girl. It is the easiest dog parka to put on and take off

This is my little girl's 2nd GF pet parka. We live in New England so it gets really cold for my southern girl. It is the easiest dog parka to put on and take off plus the parka has a thick Shera lining and a faux fir lined hood that has velcro. Wonderful quality! I have tried other competitors and GF Pet is my favorite.

I purchased this for Christmas for my little guy. The ease of putting it on and the fit is great on my 9 pounder! My only complaint is I purchased it at 48.99 and an hour later the price was reduced to 41! I contacted customer service immediately but that was ignored. I must say it’s probably the only negative I can say about Chewy.. So glad we like the coat for him.
