We love using Glad Trash Bags with Odogard as a replacement for plastic grocery bags which often have holes in them and stink up our trash can! The 4 gallon size fits over our kitty litter waste basket “purrfectly” and we no longer have to worry about kitty litter spilling all over the place or the smell. These odor eliminating bags have Clorox that kills bacteria and they have a clean lemon scent. The drawstring feature allows us to close out odors and use the bag for multiple litter box cleanings. We can hold kitty waste longer before throwing it away. We highly recommend using Glad Odor Shield lemon, scented trash bags. We use them not only for our kitty litter box cleaning but also throughout our home In other rooms. Our kitties, Jack and Tedy approve!

We use these trash bags to dispose of our kitty litter. They are durable and do help contain the unpleasant odors associated with cleaning up after our cat. Lemon scents added to products can often be overpowering, but the scent added to these bags seem to meet a sweet spot of helping reduce bad odor without having the overpowering fake lemon scent. Glad to have them to help keep odors down.

These are the perfect size for a bathroom garbage can. The scent is very nice, but I wouldn’t say they trap pet odors very well. They’re fine for regular household garbage, but if you wanted to use them for cleaning out the litter box and put them into a larger trash can after, the cat litter smell will not be eliminated by the little bag. I also found they are not very durable and easily torn.
