This toy is made in China.

Does the ball bounce and roll?

Answer by ChewyApr 23, 2024
This toy features an erratic bounce due to the spiky texture. The ball will roll, however, the spiky texture will prevent the roll from being smooth.

Can these batteries harm my dog

Answer by ChewyOct 03, 2019
This toy is made of food-grade thermoplastic rubber that can stand up to everyday play. There are 3 batteries inside this toy protected by the outer layer. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

Good Quality

My dog loves the tiny squeaky balls. He is a 16 lb morkie. His balls always lose the squeaker after a day of play so I tried these. They are a little too big for his mouth but he does play with them. They are built very well and still have their squeak after two weeks. I wish they were a little smaller as he prefers the oval shaped smaller ones and these are round but they are made great. I wish they came in a smaller size and they would be perfect!

The Strobe Lights & Squeaker Are Amazing

My 18mos Golden Retriever was so excited about these balls! The lights are great for fetching in the dark or as the sun goes down. However, the lights do NOT stay

My 18mos Golden Retriever was so excited about these balls! The lights are great for fetching in the dark or as the sun goes down. However, the lights do NOT stay on very long? She may not find the ball before the lights go out sometimes. The squeaker is nice & loud, but very hard to active? My girl cannot active this squeaker with her mouth as she does with other squeaker balls? The medium size is great! It doesn't roll under furniture & easy to pull out of my girl's mouth! The numbs on it make it easy to pull out of her mouth. I would recommend this toy, however, wish the lights stayed on more than 30 seconds and the squeaker activated more easily.

Great quality

My 3 month old Catahoula pup is definitely a ball dog. Anything vaguely round is subject to chasing. These are a great choice for him. He’s still learning to release

My 3 month old Catahoula pup is definitely a ball dog. Anything vaguely round is subject to chasing. These are a great choice for him. He’s still learning to release and the spikes help with that and his little needle teeth stay intact during rough play. I ordered two and will order more. We got pink and teal this time around. The size is perfect for him and they are soft enough to not be painful for us or him while playing they light up and flash as well. Just a sturdy fetch ball. Charlie really prefers these to other spike balls. Now if we could just figure out a way to retrieve them from under the couch without moving it lol

A hit!

There are a few different types of golden retrievers in one of them is definitely a ball boy. That’s who I wound up with. He prefers the chuckit size but I like this because it doesn’t get your hand full of slobber with the spikes and also it light up at night, which is great! He does like to use the squeaker a lot when I’m not paying enough attention to him, but that’s on me I guess. Only had them a few weeks so I don’t have anything to say about longevity, but he is not chewed through it (doesn’t generally chew balls, they’re too valuable). I have not checked, and I don’t want to click away and lose my typing so far. But the medium is definitely bigger than a tennis ball so I would look for the small tennis ball size is what you like.

Oh my goodness!

It is fun to watch these balls that light up dance across the floor and the cats run after them! I have even seen the kittensplay like hockey on the front room floor

Good bouncing ball!

I have an 80 lb dog that does not destroy his toys. These balls would not hold up with a chewer. My dachshund would destroy these if he could ever get them away

Fun fun fun

I got as much fun out of these balls as the dog, and she loves them. They bounce well and the lights help me find them when they are under furniture lol. I’d buy

Too large

This ball is about the same size of a regular tennis ball. Unfortunately that is way too big for small dogs. They really need the 1.5in or 2in at max. I have a ball

This ball is about the same size of a regular tennis ball. Unfortunately that is way too big for small dogs. They really need the 1.5in or 2in at max. I have a ball she loves that is 1.5in, but I haven't been able to find another one on any of the online pet stores. The spikes are okay, but a bit too spiky. I would prefer rounded edges, especially since the ball is too large. The flashing scares my dog. She also forgets it flashes, picks it up, bumps it the wrong way, and runs to hide under the bed. It is really funny and kind of sad. She's a rescue so she's still kind of skittish. For dogs with larger or stronger jaws than a mini poodle mix, this is probably great. She can keep it in her mouth, it's just uncomfortable looking. PLEASE make a smaller version!

Dog loves it

My dog loves this toy. Seems to be well made and durable for her, but she is not a super chewer. She loves that it blinks and it engages her in play.
