This toy features an erratic bounce due to the spiky texture. The ball will roll, however, the spiky texture will prevent the roll from being smooth.

This toy is made of food-grade thermoplastic rubber that can stand up to everyday play. There are 3 batteries inside this toy protected by the outer layer. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

Too large

This ball is about the same size of a regular tennis ball. Unfortunately that is way too big for small dogs. They really need the 1.5in or 2in at max. I have a ball

This ball is about the same size of a regular tennis ball. Unfortunately that is way too big for small dogs. They really need the 1.5in or 2in at max. I have a ball she loves that is 1.5in, but I haven't been able to find another one on any of the online pet stores. The spikes are okay, but a bit too spiky. I would prefer rounded edges, especially since the ball is too large. The flashing scares my dog. She also forgets it flashes, picks it up, bumps it the wrong way, and runs to hide under the bed. It is really funny and kind of sad. She's a rescue so she's still kind of skittish. For dogs with larger or stronger jaws than a mini poodle mix, this is probably great. She can keep it in her mouth, it's just uncomfortable looking. PLEASE make a smaller version!

Lilly likes to chew the balls up to get the squeaker out of them. This one got holes punctured in it from her teeth however she was never able to get it open.

Aweful product

I bought this ball and the lights worked on it for two days. The ball was replaced and once the rain was done falling, I took her out to play. It lasted five minutes
