My girl is an avid chewer, but doesn’t seek to destroy ball toys for some reason, so I thought I’d give this a shot. I’m always scared of her swallowing a ball in her excitement or by accident because she hides them in her mouth and walk around with them. This one is too big for that but still small enough for her to get a good grip on. It is holding up well to daily active play. And as a bonus, it is too big to get lost under the couch! The lights are fun and do get her attention. The squeaky sound is rather loud. Some how she hasn’t killed the squeaker yet. She never chews on it. Just chase, paw, pounce, fetch.
My 4 year German Shepherd loves balls and squeak toys. He’s tidy with them too. He keeps them under the couch. The only reason I rated this 4 stars is because the light only lasted 3 or 4 days.
