Great for my big kitties, Blackie is 17lb and it's very adequate for him. Goes together nicely but you must follow the directions, they are very understandable. Quality is consistent with the more expensive ones I have seen at the pet stores. We all love it!
Our cats live this!

This was quite easy to put together, if you have good intuition! The instructions that were included were in very poor condition and mostly tattered! The rest of the pieces were included with nothing missing. If you absolutely need instructions, go pet will email you another set. Once put together, the two cats love it and sit on the top perch looking out the window!
It’s just ok!

This cat tree looks better than it is. It is fairly narrow which makes it tough for cats to get up and around on it. And it also makes it a little tippy. I have had to place shims under it just to make sure it doesn’t tip over when our kitties are trying to get on it. I normally have to pick them up and put them up on it as it has too much going to for them to navigate. The top three tree stands are super wobbly and I will be removing them altogether as they just don’t work well at all.

this cat tree fell apart after less than a week. The one I had previously purchased from Chewy a few years ago was virtually the same thing and had no problems with. Maybe I just got a bad one.
Nice cat tree

It’s nice my cats love it but you have to put something heavy on the bottom so it won’t tip over. I have some pretty good sized cats
great cat tree

Altho' it took two of us 2 hours to put together, it was a terrific cat tree. Our kitten Rosie destroyed the hanging toy in about 20 minutes. We put a new one on and its working great.
perfect for my lazy cat

So, I'm sure everyone has their own weird cat. I rescued mine almost year ago, and he's roughly 7 years old. Sometimes he's hyper, sometimes he sleeps all day; you never know what you're going to get. I put his tower together, and he sat silently and judged me, but was definitely curious. Super easy to put together, except for putting the poles inside the little houses. You'll be flying blind, trying to find the holes in the poles that hold the house up in each corner. Other than that, I was done in about a half an hour. If you put everything together properly and set it on a flat surface, it's solid enough to hold my 12ish pound chunky kitty, and he likes to sit at the top and judge you. One suggestion - it smells a little funny from the packaging, so be sure to put something on there (I rubbed some catnip on it) to entice him to want to use it. :-)
Only downfall: If you want this item fast, it seemed like shipping took forever (it was just over a week or so). My email after ordering said it would be here by a specific date (which was perfect - we were having a decent sized party, and kitty would have his safe space), but it didn't arrive as promised. So that was pretty frustrating.… more
faulty cat tree

My tree came and I put it together accordingly. Wasn’t right. Tried disassembling and switching around thinking maybe I did it back wards. Reassembled again. To find out that I got either a piece cut wrong or carpeted wrong because it doesn’t fit together right to place the second ramp correctly. I was so excited about this and my cat isn’t able to get to the top. Wasted my money.

Stop and check the instruction sheet carefully and sort the parts before assembly and everything else is a breeze. If it's going on a hard surface, especially wood or linoleum, put a pad underneath as the bottom bolts face upwards and movement could mar the floor. The platforms at the top and upper cubby are small for a large cat if it wants lie down. As the cubby sides are cloth, my cat squeezes in with bulging sides. I suppose more a discomfort for the owner than the cat.
My kitties love it!!

My kitties love it so much!! It didn’t take long to assemble it at all. It seems to sturdy too for a great price!!
