Could the cubby be put on with the entry hole facing the opposite direction? I need to put this against the wall with the high perch on the left, so I would need the cubby to face out and not facing the wall.

This thing is solid, the only thing I’ve had to do is tighten the posts with the hex key (make sure to hold onto them, goodness knows I didn’t) I have a huge cat,

This thing is solid, the only thing I’ve had to do is tighten the posts with the hex key (make sure to hold onto them, goodness knows I didn’t) I have a huge cat, loves it. My tiny cat? Loves it. The faux stuff is coming off, along with the rope, too much playtime. It’s still in such good condition though I could probably DIY fix that with some new rope and carpet. Thank you Chewy!!!

Hard for cats to jump down from

The tree is tall and narrow but essentially just stacked on top of itself. It’s not easy for cats to descend from the trees levels like stairs. The cats look for

The tree is tall and narrow but essentially just stacked on top of itself. It’s not easy for cats to descend from the trees levels like stairs. The cats look for an easier way to get down, but end up jumping from a tall area because there’s barely a ledge. It also wobbles back and forth when cats are on it and looks sketchy. Definitely needs to be anchored into a wall for safe use. I wouldn’t recommend for a long term cat tree.

My cat enjoys the height and levels of this cat tree but the scratching areas are very small and have carpet or fabric above and below them. My cat has pulled most of that fabric area away while trying to scratch the scratching portion.

It's also large enough for a good-sized cat (beware as some cat tree ads only use kittens in their photors - thereby making the cat tree seem larger than it really is).

Unfortunately this amazing cat tree is not safe for your cat. It’s incredibly wobbly and honestly quite dangerous at that. My boy Snail is an old feral kitty and he’s kinda crazy so when I built this he climbed straight to the top and started attacking that mouse and nearly fell over because the wobble was so bad. Thankfully I called chewy customer service and they offered quick and easy customer service and offered me a full refund which I was incredibly thankful for. For a steep $72(tax w/total) this tree isn’t worth that price so I was really happy to get my money back because I’m going to spend more out of pocket to get it secured to the wall. My boy loves it so I’m gonna buy some d-rings or anchors and find a way to hook it to the wall for him as thats the only way to keep it truly secure. Or keep a sandbag at the bottom if you can get your hands on one. I’m still working out how to get this thing secure, but I would recommend looking into another tree!

Extremely wobbly - not for kittens.

The only good thing is my kitten fell in love with the little white crinkle mouse plush attached to the top bed. He couldn't stop playing with it the moment I unpackaged

The only good thing is my kitten fell in love with the little white crinkle mouse plush attached to the top bed. He couldn't stop playing with it the moment I unpackaged it. However, this is a 5ft 6 cat tree and is extremely wobbly. My kitten has fallen off the tree several times already! It is so unsafe!

This tower is tall and great but is definitely more wobbly than I’d like. I made sure everything was tight and put on well but that doesn’t fix the wobble. My cat

My cat loves it she just doesn’t love when it shakes when she jumps on it. I had another cat tower from chewy years back and wanted to buy the same one but I could not find it so then I thought to try this one, just not as good though.

Very poor quality. I bought this in may, and it is now August. It is falling apart. Holes in the fabric. Would recommend spending your money on other items.
