I had to add a 5 star review for this food because it's been a lifesaver for me and my cats. I have a cat with IBD, a cat with CKD, and a cat with pancreatitis and they can all eat this food. It's very low fat, limited ingredient single protein (thankfully one my IBD cat can eat), and high water content (great for all of them). It looks disgusting because it's gray, and it smells gross (like fish), but the cats all like it and it's the only one no one vomits on (I can also use rabbit but the pancreatitis cat will vomit rabbit). I also love that it comes in boxes, which is more ecofriendly, stacks and stores well, and it's actually more quantity of food than a can, so it's a better value. When mixed with water, it becomes this smooth pate and the cats love it. It's easy for me to add their joint supplements and probiotics to it. Great product and it deserves 5 stars.
Expensive, cats not impressed

Food resembles poi, none of my cats nor strays found this to be food, no cat would eat it!

My cat will not touch the duck
He's eaten duck in other forms but does not like this one. Tried to give it to him on a spoon and he batted it away from me. I think I'll try another brand before

My cat absolutely devours this stuff!
My cat has food allergies, so I was hopeful she would like this as the limited ingredients were promising. Wow! She eats this immediately after I set the dish down
My cat has food allergies, so I was hopeful she would like this as the limited ingredients were promising. Wow! She eats this immediately after I set the dish down. Furthermore, she has no allergic reaction and has even started to gain a bit of weight. Granted it does look a bit gross, but who cares? I'm not the one eating it.
Don’t understand the bad reviews
This is by far my cats favorite flavor of wet food! I’m shocked to see the low reviews, but to each cat their own! It IS gray and mushy but my cat could care less,
This is by far my cats favorite flavor of wet food! I’m shocked to see the low reviews, but to each cat their own! It IS gray and mushy but my cat could care less, lol. I find it pretty entertaining he’s like the Polluck so much. This is the only wet food he cleans his plate right after I set it down. So more for my cat I guess!!
Since when do cats eat pumpkins?

Petcurian has sold us out. I have free coupons for this stuff, but just threw away because my cats won't eat the stuff I bought. They loves their meat based canned foods for the first 6 years of their precious lives, yet have no interest in ANY of this new stuff. Better options elsewhere here on Chewy and I'm done with this brand. Great to see that so may other living pet parents feel the same way based on their own low ratings!
Color is very off putting. Gray Mush
While it is just cat food, it is a very drab gray and looks as though it has gone bad. The dates on the box say it is good, but it just does not look good. The
While it is just cat food, it is a very drab gray and looks as though it has gone bad. The dates on the box say it is good, but it just does not look good. The cats end up eating it but are hesitant. They love the Salmon Pate but the pollock, not so much, and for my cats (x2) wet food is a treat and not the norm. The get excited when they hear the bowls used for wet food until they see its the pollock.
Not for my girl
Sorry, my kitty just walks away, would skip her meal before she would eat it. She likes the salmon pate but not this

I’ve used Go Wild Alaska Pollock kibble and Wet food since day 1. Excellent quality. No protein will be fresher than wild caught, frozen at sea fish. Fresh protein = no allergens. Cats can tell if the protein isn’t fresh. Wet is perfect pairing with dry. My cat loves it and eats 100% immediately every time.
