Does the webbing for the leash rings go completely around or are they just sewn to the fabric?

The D-ring of the Gooby Padded Dog Vest is sewn directly onto the fabric and does not wrap around the entire garment as a harness would. The D-ring on the Padded Vest is intended for convenience only and is not designed to function as a full harness.
Someone asked which size chart is correct and Chewy responded that both have the correct sizes. My dog measures 15.5 inches in the chest which according to the chart in the pictures is a small and according to the chart in the description is a large so which is it?

Based on the size provided for your pet we recommend the small.
What size for a 6 pound Chihuahua?

To select the best size we recommend that you measure the circumference of your dog's neck and chest. To measure the chest girth, you'll measure around the broadest part of the rib-cage behind the front legs, and for the neck, you'll want to measure at the base of the neck. If the dog happens to be in between sizes it's then recommended to select the bigger size.
