I've used this for the past two weeks (missing a few days for vacation) and I was a little hesitant as my dog usually smells out supplements, vitamins etc and won't eat them. However this powder, he didn't even seem to notice it was in his food. I alternated mixing it in and sprinkling it on top, both were fine. I have several water bowls in my house, but also three cats, so I never know exactly how much water he actually drinks. So this is good to know he's getting in the extra nutrients. I haven't yet noticed a change in his health/energy levels but will continue to use the powder.
Seems to be good but not all dogs like powder..
I Gave both my dogs a scoop with dinner they did finish eating but both acted like they didnt care for the consistency like they liked the flavor and taste but not
I Gave both my dogs a scoop with dinner they did finish eating but both acted like they didnt care for the consistency like they liked the flavor and taste but not the powderiness. This type of thing is difficult to know if it works so I am hopeful that is does some good although i dont feel like its something I would purchase unless directed to by a vet my cats wanted it very badly because I think it smells like seafood but its not for cats so I did not give them any. 😅
Goos Trouble!!

I received my Good Trouble container for my 10 lb chihuahua, Louie. First off...I love that it is made in the USA. The container has a small scoop to use to sprinkle the powder over his food. I tried it on soft and hard food, but although it has a beef smell, he didnt like the powderyness. Once I put it in his water he was fine. It is full of vitamins and electrolytes to help your dog stay more hydrated & energetic. I think this is great for Louie in the Florida heat to help keep him hydrated in the warmer months! He seems to seek his water better after our walks and is more energetic! I've been using it about 2 weeks now!
My boys said "No thank you"
I really wanted to like this product. I regularly give electrolytes to my horses during the hot summer, but had not given any thought to my dogs needing them.
I really wanted to like this product. I regularly give electrolytes to my horses during the hot summer, but had not given any thought to my dogs needing them. When I saw the Hydration Powder, I was intrigued. I love the idea that it is made in the USA, and is grain free. The powder has a good earthy beef smell that I thought my dogs would love. I have two German Shepherds that are very good eaters. I topped their regular feed with one scoop of powder each, for three days in a row. Neither dog would touch their food those three days. I feed my dogs a highly fortified diet that includes electrolytes, so maybe they just knew it was something they didn't need. Or, maybe, the taste just wasn't for them.
Good Trouble hydration powder

It is hard to evaluate any difference in hydration at this time. I think if your pet needed extra hydration, this product would be an effective way to obtain that.
Does what it says and makes her food tasty
It helps our dog eat more of her food, plus she seems to be more hydrated. It gets used every day when we mix in her chicken and everything else to her food. Only

Easy to use. Just sprinkle on food.

We have used it with our working dogs, but have not seen any effects. This product is supposed to help with hydration, but our dogs always have enough water and we have not seen any benefits to keep using the product. Maybe in the blazing summer heat.
