The personalization on this tag is engraved with a laser engraver. The engraving process does not involve the use of inks or printing. If the tag is worn with other tags (i.e. license tags, additional pet tags, charms, etc.) the tag surface, along with engraved design and personalization, can wear due to friction.
The ring was not meant for leash attachment. The tags split ring is meant only for attachment of the tag to a collar/harness.

It is not engraved, it is printed and faded quickly. My number is not as legible as I would like it be. Already bought another engraved tag.

I like it,looks nice. Only criticism is you can't just put their name on the front, then put all the other information on the back, like it shows in the photo

So you have to put their name and some other info on the front and then put the rest of your info on the back. But I was pleased it looks very nice, and good price.
