Thin, flimsy, difficult to use on thick or long hair cats

The comb wiggles around and doesn't snap in place when opened. The lack of stability makes it a challenge to control the comb while grooming long hair or thick furred

The comb wiggles around and doesn't snap in place when opened. The lack of stability makes it a challenge to control the comb while grooming long hair or thick furred cats. I have short haired cats also. It was easier to use on them but still difficult to control. The description says for cats, dogs or horses. I grew up taking care of a Palimino. I can't imagine this tiny comb being useful on an already brushed and combed horse, much less on one needing care. It's just too small. It might be usefull on tea cup dogs. I've never provided care for a tiny dog. It would not be useful for German Shepherds, Irish Setters, Cockapoodles or Huskies. I've provided care for these breeds. I would not recommend this comb for any cat. It would be a waste of cash even marked down 90% to $1.60.
