Great joint supplement for my 25 year old Quarter Horse mare. As the fall weather turns cooler and my mare has been more active, I started adding this supplement to her feed. She’s no longer stiff and tight in the morning. Definitely more flexible and comfortable with the added Mega Grand Flex. She finds it palatable and eats it with her grain. I like that’s it’s an easy dose; 1 scoop/once a day. When opening the container for the first time, look for the silica gel packet mixed in with the powder and be sure to remove. I was surprised to find it buried in my first scoop!

I’m not entirely sure about this product. It wasn’t as palatable to the horses as I’d like. Some were very skeptical and others didn’t mind. But in the end, the picky ones did eat it, but wouldn’t lick the tub clean either. It smells strong of sweetness and is a heavy fine powder. As far as it working, it hasn’t quite been long enough, but nothing negative so far. I’d assume a couple pails of it are needed to see results first. I do think gi upset is possible in sensitive horses, so may be worth going slow with it if you have a sensitive one.

We got this supplement to help with our Halflinger with arthritis and it did actually help him! It helped ease some of his stiffness as the cooler weather came in
