Highly recommend
Premium quality orchard grass hay. I used to buy another brand until Chewy accidentally sent me Grandpa’s Best and I’m very happy they did. My rabbit is 9 years old and picky about his hay he doesn’t eat “dead” brown hay and this brand is 99.9% green. Good stuff.
LOVE this hay!
This is the best hay. I have used Oxbow for years and my 6 guinea pigs love this and so do I. They don't waste this like they do the other brands. The compact packaging of the hay is great. But it is out of stock right now so I hope Chewy gets it back in soon!
Good stuff in small bales
So. These bales are deceiving! They look tiny when they come in the package, but once you pop that band around it and start fluffing the hay out you get to see how much you really have. Plus, it's long pieces that my bunny adores. He will go after this hay over the others and it entices him to eat more hay. Super pleased.
half was good!
I don’t normally order this and it really wasn’t bad, half of my order was actually exactly what I wanted. It was green and fresh hay, the other half was more yellow and older looking unfortunately. Very strange.
Terrible hay
No oats in this hat whatsoever and that's the main thing my piggie eats. She won't even touch this hay. Waste of money

3/4th of d bag is full of dust....will not buy again!!
Not that great
Halls orchard grass is much better. This grass was brown and all clumped together. Hard to get apart. I ended up just throwing it away. I won't buy it again.
Grandpa delivers
Always best quality, green and aromatic hay. A little pricy, hence rather a treat for my GPs
Low Dust Hay
I’ve ordered this hay several times in prairie and orchard. I will say my bunnies tend to like orchard more for whatever reason. However my experience here is it has low dust, compared to regular of the shelf brands.
Tender hay
This hay is amazing. Anyone who has a finicky rabbit should try Grandpa's orchard grass. The little square flakes are so cute.
