I noticed my cat was laying on the tile floor more frequently and wondered if he was feeling a little hot. So I got this pad and tested it out myself first and it works great, also a big bonus for me that you don't have to put it in the freezer because I have zero freezer space. The only downside is that when my cat gets zoomies his claws dig into the mat and scratch it up. This isn't a product flaw but it just means I can't leave it out unattended.

I bought this bc it says you can use it outdoors but on the box it comes in, it clearly says "Do not leave in sunlight, heat, or HOT AIR. This will affect the performance
I bought this bc it says you can use it outdoors but on the box it comes in, it clearly says "Do not leave in sunlight, heat, or HOT AIR. This will affect the performance of the cool pad." I got this for my cats that like to hang out on my screened in porch, but noticed it was hot after no one had been on it for awhile. Tried popping it in the fridge to "super charge it" as per the description on the website (not mentioned at all on the box) and it's still warm.

I found these cooling pads and they must work because both dogs are lying on them. They inspired me to find similar human items so now my husband enjoys a cooling blanket at night. I assume the dog pads work thanks to him, so thanks to Chewy and The Green Pet Shop from all of us!!

I bought this and 2 cases for it because I care for an outside cat colony. I also purchased 2 other cooling pads. This one and both the cases molded with the humidity

I washed them and the cases and they are just ruined with the mold stains. So not for all weather conditions for sure. The other 2 way better.

Read how small the sizes ran so I got a large. Definitely big enough for two of my smaller shihtzus. I’ve previously purchased cooling mats before and would have to put them in freezers or the fridge and noticed my dogs not laying on them. It says something when they now choose to go lay on them! It stays cool all summer long. Especially when it’s hot out. I’ve made sure not to fold them on against each other since the instruction says it can lead to mold growth. So far so good!!! Love love love!
Stiff and plasticky
We gifted this to our friend’s labradoodle and it was neither comfortable nor welcoming. And she never used it. I think it got disposed of so I can’t return it.
