Are these grain free?

These dental cat treats are not grain-free.

Is either the tub or jar recyclable? Is the jar plastic or glass (use of 'jar' makes me unsure)? Thanks!

Both the tub and jar are made out of plastic and can be recycled.

Treats good, chewy shipping bad

No matter what, every time I order this specific product, the container is busted up! I was really hopeful this time, bc I saw the container was inside its own

No matter what, every time I order this specific product, the container is busted up! I was really hopeful this time, bc I saw the container was inside its own specific box. It was still cracked & busted. It’s not the worst thing in the world, and Chewys does replace if necessary, but, in the past, the treats have been spilled out of their busted container and all over the inside of the shipping box and is a big mess not to mention the waist that ends up thrown away. Also, the treats certainly can’t be stored inside this container or the product will go bad. I also don’t want to take the chance of plastic shards from the breakage being in the treats. And what a waste to throw out. In the end, I’m going to have to get them locally because I’m not going to wait until they out with my next auto ship. I’ve decided this is an item that has to be purchased locally. My cats do love these streets and we’ll be on their best behavior for their Greenies. Perhaps Greenie people should consider a different material as their container.

This was shipped with 4 large packs of wet cat food and was jammed into the side of the box. It seems it was packed so tight that the cat food boxes caves in the

This was shipped with 4 large packs of wet cat food and was jammed into the side of the box. It seems it was packed so tight that the cat food boxes caves in the side of the greenies container. This is not the first time the package has come damaged. We thought after our last order that someone had complained or realized this was happening because great care was taken when packaging it.... but that was out the window this time.

This is the second time my order has arrived with Greenies EVERYWHERE - it seems that the cases of cat food smash the container. I'll be purchasing them locally from now on. That said, the product is fine - my cat likes them - though the recommended 7 treats per day seem to cause stomach issues, sol I only give 2 per day.

Start with very small portions!

My 12 pound cat loves them but she's not finicky, she'll eat anything. My other 10 pound cat won't touch them. Be careful with the daily portion though. Start out

Normally I get these treats with no problem but this time they arrived and the package was completely broken. I ordered this with a 24 pack of canned food and this had no protection in the box. 90% of the treats were at the bottom of the box creating grease stains in the cardboard.

Perhaps you should think about using bubble wrap to protect the plastic container.
