Smells like mold after a few months even after drying often. Water leaks from the edge of the bowls into the storage area from the outside and via condensation

It's beautiful, I just wish we could customize the height.

First, the construction was super easy. Nothing felt cheap which is a miracle these days with every "wood" assembly item being MDF/HDF or particle board. Every predrilled hole was accurate, the packaging was flawless, the instructions clear. Now, expectations vs reality. We have a Treeing Walker Coonhound who is all legs, so she's been an elevated feeder since she was 6 months old. I should've measured dimensions but this feeder is about six inches shorter than our previous elevated feeder that wpqqqe also bought off Chewy. A couple inches would've been barely noticeable, but this is a substantial difference imo. It's still an ok height for her and since she's 9-years old now she might actually prefer it.

I was so pleased to receive a product that was not only high quality, but that the manufacturers put time and effort into the details for ease of assembly. All of

I was so pleased to receive a product that was not only high quality, but that the manufacturers put time and effort into the details for ease of assembly. All of the screw holes were pre-drilled with pilot holes of the correct diameter, holes were drilled with countersinks for the screw heads themselves and even the personalized pet-name plaque had screws pre-installed set to the correct height so that the plaque would fit on easily and securely. It just doesn't take that much time and effort to differentiate your product from all the China-made junk and there's alot of it out there. GrooveThis Woodshop did an excellent job of designing and manufacturing a first class product!

Not packed well

The feeding stations are really nice looking, but very cheaply made. One arrived with a smashed leg; fortunately I was having work done on my house at the time
