How does the neck strap go on the receiver?

Answer by ChewyJul 03, 2023
The strap will weave through the loops on the side of the receiver, making sure that the strap itself is positioned on the outside so it does not cover the contact points.

size?

Answer by ChewyDec 10, 2022
The collar strap fits dogs with a neck size measuring 6-24 inches. The receiver measures 2.25 inches x 1.4 inches x 1 inch.

I have a bloodhound, pit, and put, mix. This works great I've used it to call them back to the house or to train them to go to their crates, I hardly ever have to shock them because peep or vibration alerts them enough. I've also used it to train my dogs around the chickens. I highly recommend. No problems at all and if you have to replace on like I did reprogramming it is fast and easy. ( I only had to replace one cause my dog chewed it up)

The collar did not come with a charging cable. It looked like a regular mini USB, but we could not get the cords we had to stay in and actually charge the colla
