How do I chanrge the collar and battery?

This system includes a charger cable that can be connected to the receiver collar. The collar has a long standby time (90 days) and 40 days of normal use with a single fully charged battery.

Can I add another collar to this set up? I know you can buy with two collars but I already have 1 remote and 1 collar. Need another for my other dog.

where is the power button on the receiver?

The area between the two prongs, you will see the button with the power icon. Push and hold it for a few seconds to turn it on or turn off. Please see the photo below for reference.

I've used this collar for 7 months. It's designed to go into a "sleep," hibernation, mode to extend battery life. In theory it's a good idea BUT, in reality it's a terrible idea for fast active dogs. It takes multiple pushing of the power button to recitative, power up, the unit so by the time it's activated (powered up) a dog can (WILL) be in a dangerous situation. One time by the time it powered up my dog was all ready in the middle of the road, luckily there were no cars so he didn't get run over and killed. He was super excited and took off running, I pushed the button as soon as I saw him heading towards the road. After pushing it multiple times it did finally zap him. The charging cable is the obsolete style Micro-USB NOT the modern C-USB cable. The green LED lights are an excellent feature, they're very bright. I let my guy out in the middle of the night so when I push the light button it's easy to see where he's at in my yard. He loves the beep and the light because he knows that he will get a tasty treat when he comes into the house. He actually loves his collar because he knows he will get a treat when I put it on him and when he comes inside.

My young dog gets psychologically upset when physically corrected by such things as being shocked. Training should not be done with violence. Unfortunately that is what this device does. No way will I subject her to that. She learns when I use more lenient training measures. I got her to stop barking by using another device that uses sound and light. After the first correction she stopped barking just to bark. When she is outside she comes when called. I didn't use any type of device to teach her to come when called, heal, sit, etc.

We liked the sound option.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to use a collar or not but I did and results were great! It has many different levels of strength and I really love the fact it also has

Collar failed before 1 year

We got this collar last May and were satisfied with its performance for recall. But less than 1 year later the collar no longer can hold any charge. Our dog went

We got this collar last May and were satisfied with its performance for recall. But less than 1 year later the collar no longer can hold any charge. Our dog went in the water to fetch and the issue happened after that, so maybe the “waterproof” claim is false. It’s weird because she had gone swimming before with no issue.
