Wanting to confirm that the anti-bark portion can be turned off. Can you please confirm that the anti-bark can be turned off?

The anti-bark feature can be disabled. To turn off/disable the auto anti-bark feature, turn on both the remote and receiver first. Then push and hold the power button on the remote till you hear two beeps from the receiver. Now the auto anti-bark is off. To turn on/enable auto anti-bark, push and hold the power button on the remote until you hear one beep sound from the receiver.

Does the electric shock work when you’re using the auto bark collar or only when using the remote?

The shock feature works whether the auto anti-bark is activated or not.

Can the prong be taken off so I can just use the vibration and beeping method ?

The remote dog training collar offers tone, 100 levels of vibration and humane static pulse stimulation/static shock. You can apply the included silicon rubber caps to dampen or block the shocks if shock is not needed for training.

While on Auto bark mode, if another dog in the room barks, it sets off the collar. Also if my dog shakes his head, it will set it off. My poor dog is being corrected

While on Auto bark mode, if another dog in the room barks, it sets off the collar. Also if my dog shakes his head, it will set it off. My poor dog is being corrected when doing nothing wrong! I can only use it with the manual remote mode. Not recommended for people with multiple dogs.

Worked really well for training my 8 month old puppy until somehow the plastic buckle/clip broke and he can no longer wear it. Any way I can order a replacement
