Meh!

Works ok. Filters don’t last long and no replacement for sponge filters. After about two months water got behind the LED screen and I don’t know the battery level

Works ok. Filters don’t last long and no replacement for sponge filters. After about two months water got behind the LED screen and I don’t know the battery level of the pump. Charge held strong on the first charge after that only last about a week or two at the most. Also, takes a really long time to charge now.

Pretty nice fountain!

Overall I’m very happy with this unit. I’ve gotten my pets multiple fountains over the years but this one takes the cake. It’s quiet and I like it has a good back

Overall I’m very happy with this unit. I’ve gotten my pets multiple fountains over the years but this one takes the cake. It’s quiet and I like it has a good back up battery if the electric goes out. It’s a nice design and my pets love it. The one star knock is only because when I initially filled the unit, I did it with all the parts together and the display said it was only 70% filled so I kept filling. Eventually it started to spill out and I had a mess on my hands to clean up. It could use a fill line window but otherwise this is a solid unit.

This fountain is overall great. There was an adjustment period with my cat as she didn't like the fountain just turning on to circulate as it scared her initially

This fountain is overall great. There was an adjustment period with my cat as she didn't like the fountain just turning on to circulate as it scared her initially (we don't have it plugged in for continuous), but she now loves it and is definitely drinking more water which is great for her renal disease. One small thing is that the middle sponge filter was already flaking apart and does not seem to be of the best quality. Otherwise, we love it so far!

Good quality and features, but not waterproof

The electronic pump and digital display are not waterproof. Mine got wet, it is a fountain after all and then stopped working altogether.
