I liked this product overall, but it still doesn't hold up to my black labs chewing. It kept both my Golden Retriever and Black Lab busy...took them a good while to empty. My black lab enjoyed chewing on on bones which I allowed as that is one of the features, but he managed to get his teeth into the little hole while chewing and managed to break it down. I took it away as soon as noticed and put it up. He later snatched it and chewed it up more. He really liked it as he is not a counter surfer, but made an exception for this toy. Bit expensive for one time use.

Overall I like it. Video shows the brown bones are supposed to come out as another way to fill it or for them to chew on. The bones on the one I recieved are so tightly set in they are impossible to remove. Even with trying to pry them out. Only 3 stars from me as this was going to be the main way to get.my dog to slow down his feeding but now imposisble for me to get in a substantial amount of food through the one dinky hole.
Lasted a while
The hike was a bit small for my dogs treats, so I had to break them up. Took some time but Onyx was able to bet the busy ball.

Nice food puzzel
Nice easy to load and a little different than just a regular ball dispenser-- gives him something to chew on. Keeps him busy and has held up well.

Heavy, stiff, sturdy treat dispensing ball

The Guru busy ball treat dispenser claims to be "ultra durable " made for the most extreme chewer, challenge accepted. My 43 pound Beagle/American Bulldog enjoys a good chomp and I would categorize him as a somewhat aggressive chewer. Currently 4 years old, his chewing was more powerful when younger, so I had high hopes for this ball. The ball was a size medium and intended for use up to 85 pounds. The ball opening is approximately 3/4" wide and easy to load. Finnegan and I used the ball inside. I would toss the ball to him and he would roll it around with his nose in an effort to dispense the treats. The construction is a stiff , hard plastic. Finnegan is used to a more flexible ball, so there initially was a disconnect as he was determined to wrap his entire jaw around the ball, yet couldn't. The ball is rather heavy and sturdy. You can see in the photos within 15 mins of first use, Finnegan had already given the removable bone a workout and had placed teeth puncture marks in the ball. This ball serves its purpose and appears to be high quality. I just suspect in the long run, my chewer Finnegan would still be able to destroy it.. When he started to pry the removable bone out, I discountinued play. Overall this toy held his attention and was rewarding. But I feared when he was getting the smaller bone off the ball, at that point the play required even more closer supervisor.
Great enrichment for your pup.

Zuki says: This ball is GREAT! So much good chewing and even better when someone puts treats in it! The ball has tabs inside that prevent the treats from just falling right out. It really works my thinker to figure out how to get the treats out. Mom says: it is very easy to put treats in for Zuki. Zuki is a chewer but she hasn't done any damage to this ball yet. She can hear when there are still treats in the ball so she won't give up and she is content to just chew on the ball without treats in it too.
Easy treat ball
The size of this ball was perfect for our 9mo old LGD pup. It's been helpful in keeping her occupied when she's by herself in the yard. She doesn't have a long attention
The size of this ball was perfect for our 9mo old LGD pup. It's been helpful in keeping her occupied when she's by herself in the yard. She doesn't have a long attention span for things like this, so it being very easy for them to get a reward was a positive for us. She wasn't interested in the "chew bone" part of this ball and I was unable to remove them easily as shown in the video for this product. It also isn't posing to be very easy to clean, which is kind of a bummer. Aside from that, it has done it's job of keeping a bored LGD and pig entertained for a little while.
