My dog Chibi loves balls...tennis balls, plastic balls, any sort of ball she can chase is her favorite! However, she quickly destroys dog-safe tennis balls, so she doesn't get them very often. I was excited to try this Guru ball, hopeful that the unique structure would give her a longer-lasting tennis ball toy. On the plus side, she loved it immediately. It's a great size for her (she's 25 lbs and likes standard size tennis balls), and it bounces well - fun to use for fetch! Unfortunately, after about half an hour of playing and chewing on it, she'd cracked the plastic from squeezing/chewing, and removed the green fuzz from about a quarter of the ball. While it's still playable, it was disappointing that it didn't last longer. She still likes it just as much, though! I thought it was a tennis ball with a plastic exoskeleton, but it appears to be a plastic ball with green tennis fuzz applied.

My dogs LOVE tennis balls, but they go through them extremely quickly. The GURU Tennis Max Ball is great! So far it has held up to the constant chewing, throwing, rolling, and tossing. I love that the ball is an actual tennis ball but then has a different texture on the outside. The rubber outer casing gives it a bit more protection from being chewed up immediately. It's also not too bulky with that outer casing. It does have a squeaker which I am not fond of, but of course the dogs love. I will definitely get a replacement Guru once the dogs wear this one out.

Overall this is a nice ball. I think the rubber coating makes it seem more durable than a regular tennis ball. We have a middle aged 50ish lb mixed breed dog that enjoys this ball. So far our girl hasn’t broken the squeaker, which is one of her favorite things to do. Since she’s matured, she is no longer much of a chewer, so I’m not sure how well this would hold up if your dog was. She does like to sit and play with it by herself and also enjoys playing fetch.

It’s really easy for them to carry it around, and they love to chase it. It has their approval!

Got the product opened it as I have a dog that loves toy balls to throw for him. Took it outside played catch a bit, brought it back inside, dog played with it

The product was kind of poorly made. The tennis ball parts were misaligned and part of it lifting up. My dog enjoyed playing with it while it lasted. Got destroyed
