I carefully measured and read the reviews before purchasing this item, but unfortunately, it’s not a good fit for the 75 Gallon Marineland Aquarium. The item sits with a 2-millimeter margin, creating a risk that the glass could shift and potentially break the aquarium. Despite the product description stating it is compatible with the 75 Gallon Aquarium, this is not the case. I would not recommend this item for Marineland Aquarium - 75 Gallon.
